Bouwmans Cabinetry Product Warranty

Warranty Coverage

At Bouwmans Cabinetry, we take great pride in the craftsmanship and quality of our products. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship for cabinetry products that we design, manufacture, and install, including kitchens, vanities, entertainment units, and closets, subject to the following terms and conditions:

1. Warranty Period:

This warranty is valid for one (1) year from the date of installation.

2. Covered Products:

This warranty applies exclusively to the cabinetry products that were designed, manufactured, and installed by Bouwmans Cabinetry, including but not limited to kitchen cabinets, vanities, entertainment units, and closets.

3. Coverage Details:

We warrant that the cabinetry products are free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service conditions during the one-year warranty period. If any defects are found in materials or workmanship, we will repair or replace the affected product at no charge, at our discretion.

4. Exclusions:

This warranty does not cover the following:

Damage caused by misuse or abuse, including but not limited to:

• Physical damage, dents, scratches, or chips resulting from improper handling, accidents, or mishandling.
• Misuse of the product, including the use of harsh chemicals, solvents, or abrasive cleaning products.

Water damage, including but not limited to:

• Damage caused by flooding, spills, leaks, or exposure to excessive moisture.
• Mold, mildew, or warping resulting from exposure to water or humidity beyond normal levels.
• Normal wear and tear, including discoloration, fading, or minor surface imperfections that occur naturally over time with use.

5. Claims Process:

To make a warranty claim, please contact us at info@bouwmanscabinetry.com within the warranty period. Please provide a description of the issue and any supporting documentation, such as photos of the defect or damage.

We will inspect the issue and, if covered by this warranty, arrange for repair or replacement.

6. Limitations of Liability:

This warranty is exclusive and in lieu of any other warranties, express or implied. Bouwmans Cabinetry shall not be liable for any incidental, consequential, or indirect damages, including but not limited to damage to personal property, loss of use, or any other economic loss resulting from defects in the products or services.

This warranty applies solely to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

7. Modification or Alteration:

Any alterations or modifications made to the cabinetry products after installation will void this warranty.
